A YouTube partnership for experts

We build YouTube channels around people who know things.

You bring the expertise. We fund, write, edit and run the channel. Your existing business stays 100% yours.

By application. We take on a small number of experts each year.

In production: a channel with a real expert as the face, for parents 45 to 65.

First videos this autumn.

Why experts

What you know is worth more on YouTube than in one room.

Most experts reach people one session, one client, one talk at a time. On YouTube the same hour of teaching keeps working for years, for people you would never meet.

The hard part is not the expertise. It is the packaging: the idea, the title, the first thirty seconds, and the path from a viewer to a client. That is the part we do every day.

So we split the work along the line of what each side is best at. You teach. We build everything around it.

You know how to change their lives. We know how to get them to watch.

A note from Senne

In 2024 I set out to learn YouTube properly. Not just how to go viral, but how good ideas are found, how a video is packaged so people click, and how a viewer becomes a buyer.

Along the way I met many of the people behind the biggest channels on the platform, and I built my own to 3.3 million subscribers. In 2026 I started building channels for audiences that have nothing to do with dance. They passed three million views in under five months.

What I learned: the channels that earn the most have a real expert at the centre. That is why I started The Expert Label.

I read every application myself, and I am on every first call.

The partnership

The terms, in plain words.

We only earn when the channel brings in revenue for you. Your current business is never part of it.

YouThe Expert Label
Upfront cost€0. No fee, no retainer, now or later. We fund production, editing, thumbnails, publishing and the launch budget.
On cameraYou, a few hours a week of recording. We write the scripts with you. You approve every one.
Revenue split50% of the backend revenue the channel brings in through YouTube.50% of that revenue, and only of that.
Your businessStays 100% yours. Current clients and everything you already sell are never part of the split. We build the channel, the email list and the checkout for it.
OwnershipYour name, your expertise and your methods remain yours. The channel, because we fund it.
Leading expertsA monthly fee on top of the split, agreed per partnership. For experts above the bar we usually work with.
If it does not workSixty days' notice and you leave. You owe nothing. We carry the cost of trying.

Full terms are in the partnership agreement you receive after the first call.

A worked example

The channel sends you ten new clients a month for a $3,000 program. That is $30,000 in revenue through YouTube. Your half is $15,000 a month, on top of everything your business already earns.

An illustration of how the split works, not a promise of results. Every channel and market is different.

How it works

Four steps. We check the market before we say yes.

A channel only works if people already pay for help like yours, so that is the first thing we check.

01

You apply

Ten minutes of questions and a sixty-second clip filmed on your phone.

Day 1

02

We check your market

Proof that your buyers already spend money: paid programs, courses, ads that have run for months.

Week 1

03

A call and a channel plan

Fifteen minutes on a video call, then a short read of a real script paragraph on camera.

Week 2

04

We build and launch

We write, edit, design and publish. You record. You get the numbers every month.

Weeks 3 to 8

Who it is for

We say no to most applications.

Because we carry the cost, we only start channels we believe in. A no is about the market, not about you.

A good fit

  • You have a credential, a licence or a long track record.
  • You have lived what you teach, or helped many people through it.
  • People already pay for help like yours: a program, coaching or a course.
  • Your buyers are adults with real budgets, mostly in English-speaking countries.
  • You can record a few hours a week, for at least six months.

Not a fit

  • You want results in weeks. A channel takes months to build.
  • You want to approve every edit and every frame.
  • Your market has no proof that people pay for help.
  • You already have a large audience and only need an editor.
  • You are not comfortable being the face of the channel.

What viewers say

When a channel is built right, people come back.

“This is life changing right here.”
Viewer comment, Victorix, September 2026
“Thank god I found a channel that actually teaches proper tricks. Now I understand where I am stuck.”
Viewer comment, Vellora, 16 likes, September 2026
“Me watching this after I'm top 1 of the class and realise I'm still studying wrong.”

Questions

Before you apply.

Which revenue do you share in?

Only revenue that comes in through the channel on YouTube: a viewer who finds you through a video and then buys a call, a program or a course. Every sale is tracked to the video it came from. Clients you already have, and anyone who finds you elsewhere, stay 100% yours.

How do you make money?

From our half of that YouTube revenue, and from the channel's own ad revenue. We never charge you a fee.

Who owns the channel, and who owns my work?

We own the channel because we fund it: the production, the budget and the months before it earns. Your name, your expertise, your methods and your own business remain yours.

What if the channel does not grow?

Then you give sixty days' notice and stop. You never paid anything, so you lose nothing but the hours you recorded. We carry the cost of trying.

I have never been on camera. Is that a problem?

No. Most of our audiences trust someone who has lived it more than someone who is polished. We write the scripts with you and coach you through the first recordings.

How much of my time does it take?

A few hours a week of recording. We do everything else: ideas, scripts, editing, thumbnails, publishing and the sales path.

Do I need a YouTube channel already?

No. We start a new one. If you already have one, we measure it first and only use it if its audience matches your buyer.

Is this legitimate?

Yes. Everything is set out in a written partnership agreement before anything starts, and you can see the channels we have built above. Senne is on every first call.

When do I hear back?

Within five working days of applying, either way.

Tell us what you know.

  • Ten minutes of questions and a sixty-second phone clip.
  • Senne reads every application himself.
  • You hear back within five working days.
